L is for London’s Maughan Library

We’re in week 3 of the A to Z Challenge and arrived at a lovely library located in the City of London. It’s London’s King’s College Maughan Library.

The 19th-century neo-Gothic Maughan Library serves as the main research library of King’s College. The library holds over 750,000 items and is home to the Foyle Special Collections Library and the Liddell Hart Centre for Military Archives.

The photos below are of the round reading room.
